Die Region \u201ePeaks of the Balkans\u201c erreicht H\u00f6hen \u00fcber 2.600 Meter, wobei der h\u00f6chste Punkt im Kosovo \u2013 Gjeravica mit 2.656 m \u2013 im Rahmen einer mehrt\u00e4gigen Skitourenroute erreichbar ist. Zu den wichtigsten Winterrouten geh\u00f6ren:
